The Directors and Management of Merrill Herzog Group, LLC. (“Merrill Herzog”) are fully committed to a work environment and supply chain that is free from human trafficking and slavery. Merrill Herzog will not tolerate or condone human trafficking or slavery in any part of our global organization. It is for this reason, that the Merrill Herzog Anti-Human Trafficking & Slavery Policy (CPS-006) has been adopted and this policy and the statement contained therein is consistent with Merrill Herzog’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (CPS-001) and our core values to protect and advance human dignity and human rights in our global business practices and supply chains.
It is the belief of the Directors of Merrill Herzog that compliance with Merrill Herzog’s Anti-Human Trafficking & Slavery Policy will positively contribute to the performance of the organization as a whole and demonstrate our support for the aims of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
This Modern Slavery Policy Statement of Merrill Herzog will be reviewed each financial year. The Anti-Human Trafficking & Slavery Policy (CPS-006), the policy statement contained therein, supporting documentation and arrangements will be reviewed and amended as necessary and in the event of any significant changes to the legislation.
